Position Summary: The Hospitality Guest Service Associate is responsible for greeting and properly screening all guests/ visitors/ staff at designated locations while providing an excellent customer service experience. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
- Verify guest is properly screened, using defined process and policy, prior to entrance into the hospital entrance
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive attitude towards clients, customers, co-workers, hospital staff, etc.
- Maintains the privacy, safety, and dignity of each customer by observing client confidentiality and by strictly adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Ensures prompt response to guest/customer request for information and escalates any delays or other problems that are identified
- Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including the use of proper personal protective gear, and following proper infection control measures.
