Description

Position Summary: The Hospitality Guest Service Associate is responsible for greeting and properly screening all guests/ visitors/ staff at designated locations while providing an excellent customer service experience. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

 

Essential Functions: 

  • Verify guest is properly screened, using defined process and policy, prior to entrance into the hospital entrance
  • Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive attitude towards clients, customers, co-workers, hospital staff, etc.
  • Maintains the privacy, safety, and dignity of each customer by observing client confidentiality and by strictly adhering to safety and sanitation standards
  • Ensures prompt response to guest/customer request for information and escalates any delays or other problems that are identified
  • Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including the use of proper personal protective gear, and following proper infection control measures.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Previous guest service and / or patient relations experience preferred
  • Must have the ability to follow oral or written instructions and directions.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with both written and verbal skills
  • Requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop and crouch for extended periods of time
  • Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of up to 25 lbs, with occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of up to 50 lbs.
