Essential Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Maintains an amicable attitude toward guests and employees at all times
•Responsible for greeting and seating all guests in a timely manner
•Checks and fills water glasses as needed
•Prompt clearing of customer tables
•Re-sets tables in a timely manner
•Maintains sanitation standards in assigned areas
•Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
•Performs opening and closing side work
•Follows proper employee health and hygiene practices
•Maintains flexibility to take on new and different tasks as directed by the FOH Supervisor
•Abide by all proper surface and equipment sanitation procedures
•Abide by and uphold "Be The Difference" guest service standards
•Additional duties as assigned


  • Must be TEAM certified or be able to obtain TEAM certification before first day of work (TEAM training is provided at the location)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, evenings, and weekends
