Job Summary: The primary responsibility of this position is to maximize service levels to our guests off The MS Dixie and the Paradise. This person will ensure the highest level of customer service, safety, sanitation and food and beverage quality and consistency while at all times driving sales and controlling costs.
Essential Tasks & Responsibilities:
Maintains control of F&B costs, supply costs and inventory by adhering to all standards of operation including par levels, ordering procedures and portion control.
Analyze sales - Review and sign off on all server checkouts
Provides staff with service training to ensure customer service goals are met
Assists with new sales strategies and programs to generate revenue including cross selling other departments.
Manages day to day Front Of House and Culinary employee issues in a professional manner while adhering to all ARAMARK policies and procedures. This includes scheduling into Kronos timekeeping system
