Description

 

Position Summary: Report and audit daily revenue and provide departmental analysis by utilizing software and summaries provided on a nightly basis.  Prepare daily revenue management reports on a timely basis.  Assist controller with other duties as needed.  Supervise day audit staff.  Must be able to work/coordinate with night audit staff. Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail are necessary, as is the ability to quickly learn a hotel reservation system and other software systems.  Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential. Accounting or day/night audit staff/supervisory experience is required.
  

Role/Responsibilities:

Review and reconcile concession stand activity on an event basis. Organize and distribute in-coming concession stand paperwork. Able to assist with other assigned duties as required.

Hours:

20 hours per week depending on the event schedule.  Shifts are 5 – 7 hours and usually start at 7:00 to 8:00 pm.

 

Scheduling:

Posted monthly.

 

Availability:

You must be able to work 75% of the scheduled shifts for each quarter.  Most shifts occur during weekends, holidays and evenings.

 

Uniform:

Business Casual including appropriate shoes. Including khaki slacks and polo shirts.

  • Little or No Travel (>10%)

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.  Can read, understand and clearly speak English.
