Position summary

Seasonal, Part Time. Must work all stadium-wide events (Concerts, Soccer, NFL games) Assists the Suite Manager, Executive Chef and Suite Supervisor with the overall operation of Hot Kitchen Pantry.  Oversee and supervises 1-2 hourly cooks to maintain the operation of pantry is running smoothly. Assist the cooks to make sure food order are being processed in a timely efficiently manner. Works closely with suite attendants based on delivery times and special requests.


Essential functions

  • Performs opening and closing procedures of assigned pantry location
  • Supervises 1-2 hourly cooks
  • Works closely with head culinary team, suite supervisor, suite attendants, runners that are staffed in your assigned area
  • Verifies paperwork to food inventory when you arrive to pantry
  • Ensure accuracy of food orders and their delivery times
  • Ensures pantry equipment is operating efficiently and accurately
  • Ensures all areas are clean, sanitized and in safe working environment
  • Observes, evaluates, and documents job performance of associates (ex. WEST Observations)
  • Assists in pantry inventory post event
  • Stands a professional behavior whether it is over the radio, suite holder, guest or staff member
  • Reviews requests and inspects pantry supplies and inventory needs at the end of the event
  • Verifies all paperwork is complete and turned in at the conclusion of the event

 Non-essential functions:

  • Assists staff in serving guests as highest level possible (from kitchen, pantry directly to the suite)
  • Assists Suite Manager in performing preliminary pantry inventory after each event
  • Performs other duties as designed

 Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required. Associates degree in Food & Beverage or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a food-service position in a high volume environment is required
  • 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant or food-service environment is preferred
  • Previous cash handling/cashier experience preferred

 Knowledge, skills & abilities:

  • Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Aramark Standards
  • Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training
  • Knowledgeable in the operating food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation and safety issues
  • Ability to cross reference paperwork to food orders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate with Suite holder, Guests, Clients, Staff and to prepare written stand reports after each event
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to delegate the work activities to expeditor and suite runners
  • Highly motivated, ability to take initiative
  • Ability to work effectively with others and in a fast paced environment

 Physical requirements:

  • Ability to remain on feet for entire length of shift
  • Constant standing, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
  • Kitchen Environment- noise level may be moderate to high and can be hot at times
  • Works Frequently in a hot and cold temperature (ex. pantries, kitchens)
  • Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds
  • Maintain good personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in a clean and complete uniform

  • Experience in catering, banquet service, and a la carte waiter service preferred
  • Guest service and inside/outside sales experience desired
  • Must demonstrate a desire to sell while providing strong customer service
  • Must be TEAM certified or be able to obtain TEAM certification before first day of work (TEAM training is provided at the location)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, evenings, and weekends
